Elora's Restaurant was established in 1995 by Pedro Perez who owned a grocery store for several years across the street from Elora's present location. Pedro's vision was to establish a local restaurant where everyone could enjoy quality Spanish and Mexican food in a pleasant and friendly environment.  He named the restaurant after his daughter who was given the name from a character (Princess Elora) in the movie "Willow." Elora's has since become a popular restaurant, not only with local patrons but, many people from afar who have heard of their fine cuisine and friendly service.
